I am a dynamic and results-oriented HR professional with progressive experience, starting from my internship to my current role as an HR Executive. My journey has equipped me with a strong track record in full-cycle recruitment, employee lifecycle management, and the implementation of HR policies. I hold a BBA (Hons) in HRM, which I effectively apply to practical HR functions such as performance evaluation, employee relations, and payroll administration.

Throughout my career, I have demonstrated my ability to foster positive employee relations and ensure compliance with labor laws. My experience includes overseeing end-to-end recruitment processes, managing employee records, and handling grievance resolutions. I am adept at coordinating training programs and employee engagement initiatives, which have significantly boosted morale and productivity within the organizations I have worked for.
