What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can grow in HR by supporting recruitment, compliance, and employee engagement—while learning process-driven, people-first practices that help build a positive, productive workplace.

I’m a dedicated HR professional with a Diploma in HRM and a Degree in HRM from CIPM Sri Lanka, driven by a fast-learning mindset and a positive attitude. I take pride in managing responsibilities with focus, responsibility, and professionalism, using respectful communication and strong interpersonal skills to build trust with people.

In my HR experience, I’ve supported employee records administration, ensured compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal HR policies, and assisted with recruitment and selection including onboarding and offboarding. I’ve also supported performance management, contributed to HR operations through recruitment-related activities and employee welfare work, and helped with payroll-related tasks such as attendance and leave records.
