I’m an IT support professional with strong fundamentals in hardware troubleshooting, networking, and server administration. I’m CompTIA A+, Network+, and Server+ certified, and I’m known for methodical problem-solving, clear documentation, and reliable technical support.

In my current Customer Support Specialist role, I provide remote technical support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues. I document cases in ticketing systems, follow up on resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction, and escalate complex problems while keeping communication clear. I also collaborate with my team to identify recurring issues and contribute to knowledge base documentation.

Alongside my work, I run an Independent IT Lab where I build and maintain a virtualized environment using VMware and Hyper-V to simulate enterprise infrastructure. I’ve installed and configured Windows Server with Active Directory, set up DNS and DHCP, and troubleshot routing and connectivity problems. I diagnose OS and hardware issues, perform clean installs and recovery procedures, and document everything to strengthen my personal technical knowledge base.
