What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a hands-on IT support role on a collaborative team where I can resolve incidents, manage servers and networks, use scripting to automate tasks, and grow into systems/network administration.

I am an IT support specialist with an Associate of Applied Science in Information Technology and an ITILv4 certification. I deliver hands-on support across desktop, server, and network environments.

I have resolved tickets and provisioned new users and hardware in onsite and field roles, supporting Windows and Linux systems and multiple Windows Server versions.

I manage Active Directory and Azure accounts, configure VoIP phones, activate switch ports, and console into network devices. I also administer Citrix Workspace and VMware Horizon and regularly use PowerShell and SQL scripts to automate tasks.

I focus on reliable incident resolution, clear ticket communication, and continuous learning to expand my systems and networking expertise.
