I want a customer-focused role where I can use empathy, active listening, and problem-solving to improve client outcomes, grow professionally, and contribute to long-term partnerships.

I am a Customer Success Representative with experience building strong client relationships, troubleshooting issues, and generating sales leads. I manage inbound and outbound calls and engage customers using Zoho SalesIQ and Zoho Desk to deliver timely, effective support.

Previously, I served as an Executive Assistant where I coordinated executive schedules, managed confidential information, prepared agendas, and maintained social media presence to support organizational communication and events.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication and have completed courses in customer service, telephone etiquette, and creative problem solving. I bring empathy, active listening, and analytical problem-solving to roles that prioritize client outcomes and long-term partnerships.
