As an Independent Business Consultant in Sierra Leone / West Africa, I support Japanese clients with on-the-ground research, corporate due diligence, stakeholder coordination, and project execution. I coordinated the process of applying for and obtaining diamond-mining licences, supported mining operations, and supervised field teams of up to approximately 40 people.

As an Independent SEO & Digital Marketing Operator for the Taiwan market, I managed Traditional Chinese Google SEO projects across approximately 60 sites and built and managed a content team of approximately 10 writers. A halitosis supplement campaign generated more than 250 new customer contracts in its best month and approximately 150 per month on average before the COVID-19 period.

At Pal Co., Ltd., I led an approximately 10-person Japan–China team selling web infrastructure services to Japanese corporate clients. I negotiated in Mandarin with a Shanghai-based provider and established a reseller/agency partnership for Hong Kong server services. I also operated an independent eBay business selling Japanese products to customers in the United States, Germany, and France.
