I’m a strategic Sales & Operations leader with multi-industry experience spanning call center management, B2B/B2C sales, client retention, and revenue growth. I combine prospecting discipline with KPI-driven execution to consistently improve pipeline performance and results.
In Sales Development roles, I run outbound prospecting through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and SMS campaigns to generate qualified opportunities. I handle objections, qualify decision-makers, schedule appointments, and use multi-touch outreach sequences to improve engagement and conversion—while keeping prospect data accurate in CRM systems.
