I have led internal operations and strategy initiatives at fast-growing organisations, designing SOPs, rolling out productivity and collaboration tools, and streamlining cross-team coordination to improve visibility and ownership. My hands-on background includes analysing fragmented processes, introducing automation to reduce duplicated work, and establishing planning and coordination frameworks for programs of varying scale.

Academically, I graduated with First Class Honours in Business Management with Communications and a Year in Industry, and hold multiple certifications in strategy, analytics and business analysis. I am focused on driving measurable business performance through systems thinking, process design and disciplined execution.
