I’m a dedicated human resource professional with a strong foundation in both Human Resource Management and English Language. I’ve built capacity in customer service through the banking sector and I now apply that same drive for accuracy and clarity in HR within the real estate space.

As a Recruitment and Hiring Manager at Bricks & Roses Limited, I coordinate recruitment and talent management processes end-to-end. I ensure staff information and records stay accurate and up to date, run employee engagement activities to boost morale, and enforce consequence management in line with company policy. I also identify and reward high performing staff to strengthen motivation and performance.

Earlier, I worked as a Customer Service Executive at First Bank Nigeria. I processed customers’ requests efficiently—such as printing bank statements and change of name—while ensuring compliance with company policy, legislation, and regulatory standards. I provided guidance on applications for new accounts and ATM cards, and used strong communication to build lasting relationships with colleagues and clients.

During my time there, my team achieved standout results, including the highest number of new corporate accounts (250) sold in the north central region in 2019 and winning a verve card promotion through proactive customer outreach. I’m adaptive and quick to grasp new ideas, and I aim to apply everything I learn for growth and value addition within my organization.
