I’m a detail-oriented administrative professional with 3+ years of experience maintaining accurate customer records, managing CRM databases, and processing high volumes of information. In my current role as a Sales Development Representative (Remote), I maintain and update customer and prospect information within Salesforce CRM to ensure complete and accurate records. I verify information, manage daily data entry and documentation, and generate reports that support sales and operational objectives.
