I’m looking for a customer-focused role where I can drive program adoption, deliver training that improves results, and partner across teams to solve problems. I want to use technology and learning solutions to maximize value.

I’m a customer-focused business professional with an MBA and 10+ years of experience building relationships, driving adoption of programs and services, delivering training, and managing stakeholder engagement. I guide customers, students, business owners, and community partners toward successful outcomes using consultative communication, problem-solving, and strategic planning.

As a CTE Teacher for Business Management, Marketing & Real Estate at West Brook High School, I manage 50–100 students per semester and deliver personalized coaching to improve engagement, performance, and achievement. I achieved a 100% pass rate in my first year (3/3 students) and sustained a 75% pass rate in year two while helping non-passers improve scores by 40–50%. I also co-founded the district’s first Real Estate Program—creating instructional content, assessments, and resources now adopted by multiple districts.

I complement education with hands-on business and customer advisory experience, including Real Estate Agent work handling full lifecycle transactions and resolving conflicts through negotiation. Earlier roles strengthened my business development and operational foundation, from building BBB partnerships and maintaining a clean CRM pipeline to managing onboarding, accounts payable/receivable, and QuickBooks entries, plus leading a team as an owner/manager.
