What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue building engaging curriculum, supporting students and families, and using my instructional leadership and training experience to improve learning outcomes.

I build Family and Consumer Sciences curriculum for 9th through 12th grade learners at Monterey High School while teaching CTE for K12 Stride. I provide virtual and face-to-face instruction, support students and families, and maintain academic progress records.

At K12 Stride, I connect with more than 50 students weekly by phone and email, lead orientations and community activities, and help prepare students for state assessments. My classroom culture earned above 95% on an end-of-year student survey, and I received the Texas Education Agency Teacher Incentive Allotment in 2021–2022.

Before education, I managed Crafthouse Gastropub, where I transitioned the team from Aloha to Toast, trained front- and back-of-house staff, managed financial reporting, and maintained 80% staff retention for more than a year. I bring practical leadership, training, sales knowledge, and customer communication to every role.
