What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can bring deep K–12 expertise, relationship-driven leadership, and contagious energy to a forward-thinking organization. I love solving problems, leading change, building partnerships, and helping customers succeed, and I’m ready to bring that experience to a remote, collaborative team.

I’m the person who walks into a complicated situation and immediately starts thinking, “We can make this better.”

My career has taken me from the classroom to executive educational leadership, from owning businesses to achieving #1 national sales performance. The common thread has always been people. I build relationships quickly, bring energy to the room, and genuinely enjoy helping people and organizations succeed.

Today, I lead large-scale initiatives across 72 campuses, working with hundreds of leaders to turn complex challenges into practical solutions. I’ve redesigned systems, led change, built high-performing teams, developed professional learning, strengthened implementation, and helped create millions of dollars in organizational savings.

What am I looking for next? A people-centered organization where relationships matter, ideas are welcomed, and enthusiasm is an asset. Give me a challenge, a room full of people, or a customer who needs a solution, and I’m in.
