I am an experienced technical support specialist who spent April 2012–June 2022 providing chat and phone support for FACTS SIS/RenWeb, assisting clients with RCK, Admissions, Web Forms, Create A Report, FacultyWeb and fingerprint scanner use. I served as a Power Conference expert (2012, 2013), trained Create A Report and Web Forms at Power Conference 2015 and 2016, and delivered webinars on Create A Report, Web Forms, ParentsWeb configuration/use, grading in RenWeb, and administrator basics.
I hold a B.S. in History (3.7 GPA) and have substitute teaching experience at middle and high school levels plus over 15 years working directly with customers both live and via phone. I am proficient with Windows and Macintosh systems, Excel/Numbers, Word/Pages and HTML web design, and I seek a career role that leverages my customer service, information-technology and education experience.
