I am an experienced Information Systems Associate with a strong background in technical support and IT consulting. Over the years, I have honed my skills in troubleshooting various operating systems, including Windows and Mac, and have provided exceptional support for a wide range of applications such as Microsoft 365 and Adobe Creative Cloud. My role at Polytechnic School has allowed me to coordinate technology needs for faculty and staff, ensuring seamless operations during on and off-campus events.

My previous experiences as an Accounting Specialist and Billing Specialist have equipped me with a unique blend of technical and administrative skills. I have successfully managed accounts receivables, performed bank reconciliations, and provided desktop support, all while maintaining a high level of customer service. I thrive in fast-paced environments and am always eager to learn new technologies and improve processes.
