What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a technical support role where I can own troubleshooting end-to-end, use remote support tools confidently, and improve processes—while partnering closely with teams and delivering excellent customer experiences.

I’m a Technical Support Specialist with a strong record of resolving hardware, software, and network issues in fast-paced, high-volume environments. I deliver remote technical support, deploy and configure devices, and keep support moving by logging detailed tickets and escalating when needed.

In healthcare IT and call center settings, I’ve deployed and configured over 6,000 hospital communication devices, installed software, and provided on-site support and training. I also supported LMS platforms and web-based applications, acting as a liaison between users and developers while helping with home networking and internet connectivity.

Earlier in my career, I built and maintained websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress, and I managed server access via SSH/FTP with a focus on security. I bring that same problem-solving mindset to cybersecurity-minded support—plus proven strengths in mentoring new agents and improving operational processes.
