I act as a primary liaison among vendors, clients, and customer success teams, manage Zendesk ticket volumes, troubleshoot delivery and setup issues, and onboard new clients into internal databases to ensure accurate access and reporting.

I leverage Excel, Google Workspace, and internal documentation to track and analyze campaign performance, create actionable reports, and maintain knowledge base resources to support continuous process improvement.
