What I'm looking for

I’m looking to move into an internal systems administration or infrastructure operations role.

At Warwickshire County Council, I administer user accounts and access using Active Directory, Microsoft 365 and Exchange. I manage shared mailbox permissions, distribution groups and network folder access through established processes.

At Rybrook Holdings Ltd, I delivered Tier 1 and Tier 2 ICT support across approximately 1,200 employees and more than 20 sites. I supported WatchGuard VPN and Wi-Fi connectivity, managed ESET antivirus systems, and assisted with Arcserve backup processes.

At Optilan, I monitored security and operational systems in an environment for an oil company, reviewed alerts and escalated suspicious activity. I recorded events and escalations for the security team.

I maintain a Proxmox home lab running Linux services and Docker applications, with DNS and Caddy reverse proxy access for self-hosted services. I’ve also configured an AWS Virtual Private Cloud using the AWS CLI and built a Wazuh SIEM lab to monitor security events.
