At Cancer Research UK, I led the migration of on-premises infrastructure to Microsoft Azure and collaborated with the project team to move Exchange to Microsoft 365. I also implemented Always On VPN for secure remote access.
I'm currently leading the rollout of Windows 11 laptops using Windows Autopilot and Microsoft Intune. I designed MDM policies for Windows and Jamf for macOS, and implemented Microsoft Graph to support Microsoft 365 and Intune administration.
Earlier, at Newton IT, I designed and deployed client networks and created backup and disaster recovery procedures. Across my infrastructure roles, I've worked with cloud platforms, endpoint management, networking and virtualisation, and I hold certifications including CompTIA Security+, AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate and CCNA Routing & Switching.
