I am a security-cleared IT professional with over 20 years hands-on experience across 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support, SOC and NOC operations, and Windows/virtualisation administration. I hold multiple Microsoft certifications (MCSA, MCSE Exchange), CCNA and recent SIEM fundamentals training, and I have supported multinational investment, financial and government clients.
I currently work as an L1 SOC Analyst monitoring, triaging and responding to alerts across SOAR/SIEM platforms and have led major-incident escalations and NOC duties including Hyper-V/vSphere, Azure, Intune, Exchange and various monitoring tools. I am customer-focused, methodical, ITIL-aware and keen to progress deeper into IT security and network infrastructure roles.
