What I'm looking for

I seek a HR leadership role where I can improve HR systems, ensure compliance, drive people analytics and support organisational culture and operational efficiency.

I am a versatile, results-oriented Human Resources and Administration professional with extensive experience managing the full employee lifecycle, HRIS platforms, payroll, benefits, and employee relations. I deliver high-quality HR support while ensuring regulatory compliance and fostering productive workplace culture.

I've led HR policy development, performance management cycles, talent acquisition, and safeguarding functions across NGO, private and government sectors. I maintain HR data integrity, produce analytics and reporting, and act as an HR business partner advising managers on labour law and disciplinary processes.

Operationally, I manage administration, procurement, security, health & safety, board support and IT superuser responsibilities. I have implemented process improvements including merit increase and salary review systems, and I chair procurement and compliance activities to strengthen governance.

I hold a BSc Honours in Human Resource Management, CIPD membership and advanced professional study in strategic people management and people analytics. I seek to bring practical HR leadership, systems expertise and measurable people-focused improvements to an organisation.
