I’m a learning and talent development leader with 20+ years of experience partnering with business leaders to build practical, scalable solutions that improve performance and engagement. I translate complex business needs into clear learning strategies, align stakeholders, and deliver programs that support organizational change.
In my most recent role as a Senior Succession Planner (Contract) for the FDA Human Foods Program (MPF Federal, LLC), I designed and built a comprehensive succession planning framework with tools, processes, and resources to replace fragmented efforts. I also advised executives on organizational change, team effectiveness, and workforce readiness during a major restructuring, including response efforts related to the infant formula crisis.
I’ve also led talent development work at CareSource, supporting enterprise transitions, onboarding, and facilitation at scale.
