I’m a results-oriented talent development and management professional with over 15 years designing and executing strategic programs that strengthen organizational performance. I focus on building capabilities people can use immediately—then scaling what works through clear standards, strong leadership alignment, and measurable outcomes.
At Carpenter Technology, I built the Talent Management & Development function from the ground up to service 5000 employees, aligning growth plans to business goals. I lead companywide career pathing to improve internal mobility, retain high performers, and expand workforce capability, and I partner with Executive Leadership to identify knowledge, skill, and abilities gaps and develop global leadership development.
One of my proudest outcomes is the redevelopment, redesign, and expansion of Carpenter’s Supervisor Academy—transforming an in-person-only program (80 hours, single location) into a fully digital experience available to all employees (12 hours), with an estimated 100K yearly cost savings. I also redesigned emerging talent programs, achieving a 96% intern return rate, and shifted university recruitment from reactive to proactive to improve applicant quality and reduce cost by 50K yearly.
I’m equally energized by building psychologically safe, inclusive cultures. Through a cross-functional Committee for Employee Wellbeing, I lead training for 300+ people leaders on psychological safety and use engagement survey data to drive action planning that rebuilds trust between employees and executive leadership.
