I'm looking to lead scalable learning, platform adoption, and leadership-development work that aligns teams, improves performance, and creates sustainable self-service resources.

I'm leading enterprise-wide learning initiatives at Westfield Washington Schools, aligning multi-site workflows, platform adoption, and operational capability with strategic targets.

I've owned end-to-end LMS and Mastery Connect rollouts for hundreds of users, creating onboarding pathways, self-service knowledge tools, and coaching practices that help teams use data to improve performance.

Across 15+ years in education, I've designed live and virtual learning, built leadership-development resources, facilitated improvement cycles, and shared implementation expertise through Instructure speaking and regional executive consulting.
