What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build high-impact ServiceNow solutions that automate business processes, improve user experience, and integrate enterprise systems. I value Agile collaboration, opportunities to adopt new technologies, and work where I can deliver long-term value.

At Infosys, I developed an Employee Onboarding Automation solution in ServiceNow that digitized onboarding across HR, IT, Facilities, and hiring managers.

I built end-to-end HRSD workflows with Flow Designer, Service Catalog items, Record Producers, HR Case workflows, approvals, notifications, and dynamic task generation. I also integrated ServiceNow with external HR systems through Integration Hub and REST APIs, improving data accuracy and reducing duplicate entry.

I've delivered dashboards, reports, secure role-based access, testing, defect resolution, and production deployments in Agile teams. I bring 4+ years of ServiceNow experience alongside hands-on Python, TensorFlow, and machine-learning project work.
