What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead and build scalable ServiceNow solutions across HR, IT, operations, and customer service while mentoring teams, partnering with stakeholders, and advancing platform automation, governance, and AI-enabled service delivery.

I've led ServiceNow HRSD, Employee Center Pro, CMDB, ITOM, and ITSM implementations at CRI Advantage and Early Warning Services, designing scalable service architectures, integrations, and automation for enterprise teams.

I connect ServiceNow with systems such as Workday and monitoring tools through IntegrationHub, MID Servers, Discovery, and REST/SOAP APIs. My work spans HR case management, employee self-service, incident, problem, change, customer service, portfolio management, security operations, governance, risk, and compliance.

I also mentor developers, conduct code and architecture reviews, lead stakeholder workshops, and establish platform standards grounded in ITIL, CSDM, testing, documentation, and governance.
