What I'm looking for

I want to lead dealer and sales performance initiatives that improve customer experience and drive revenue growth. I’m looking for a role where I can use process excellence, analytics, and strong leadership to exceed targets.

I’m a Dealer Performance Lead at TVS Motor Company, where I direct 31 AMDs for retail transformation across Chhattisgarh. I focus on monitoring daily dealer business activities, enhancing the sales process for channel partners, and improving funnel efficiency to grow business and market share.

I bring a process-driven approach using PDCA/SDCA and TQM techniques to establish dealer processes, drive Sales NPS for better customer experience, and improve after-sales efficiency. Earlier roles and internships sharpened my commercial and analytical skills—negotiating and closing deals, building strong customer relationships, and using tools like Finacle, Excel, and CIBIL to support accurate, complete reporting.
