What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a customer service role where I can support people with empathy, resolve issues quickly, coordinate schedules, and keep tasks organized with an optimistic, solutions-first mindset.

I’m a customer service representative with five years of experience in telephone and face-to-face customer care. My goal when engaging with customers is providing a positive experience and executing tasks productively, with an optimistic mindset.

Since February 2026, I’ve been working as a Registered Behavior Technician delivering individualized applied behavior therapy for children with autism and problem behaviors in office or in-home settings. I collect and track progress data, complete session notes, and manage scheduling—while building strong rapport with both clients and caregivers.

Earlier, I served as a Receptionist for a cab company, answering calls, addressing customer inquiries, and collaborating with drivers on driving schedules, pickup/dropoffs, and ride reservations. I also collected payments, made recommendations for local activities, and occasionally helped with driving tours around Glacier National Park.

My guest and banking experience strengthened my multitasking and problem-solving skills. As a Guest Representative, I handled check-ins, operated a 6-line phone board, resolved guest concerns, coordinated with housekeepers, and met monthly Marriott rewards sign-up quotas. As a Bank Teller, I performed transactions, balanced cash drawer and vault for closing, researched and resolved customer account issues, and trained three new tellers.
