What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a rewarding remote position where I can use behavioral support, documentation, communication, insurance, scheduling, and customer-service experience to help others with compassion and empathy.

I'm currently providing 1:1 ABA therapy at Community Autism Services, supporting toddlers with communication, behavior regulation, ADLs, and individualized intervention strategies. I analyze data and graphs, document sessions for medical billing, and communicate closely with families and care teams.

I've also supported school-based ABA services and elementary students with IEPs, alongside more than 10 years in customer-facing support, insurance verification, scheduling, and de-escalation. I'm seeking a rewarding remote opportunity where I can bring compassion, accuracy, and calm problem-solving.
