What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a healthcare role centered on patient advocacy and confidentiality, ideally in behavioral health. I want consistent scheduling, EHR/HIPAA-driven workflows, and opportunities that help me grow toward becoming an LPC.

I’m a compassionate healthcare professional with experience in behavioral health administration, patient scheduling, clinical medical assisting, pharmacy, and customer service. I support patients in fast-paced medical and behavioral health settings while protecting confidentiality and following HIPAA.

In my current role as a Patient Scheduler at Temple Health, I schedule specialty appointments, verify insurance and referrals, and handle high-volume calls. I coordinate patient care while maintaining HIPAA, ensuring patients get accurate, timely next steps.

Previously, I maintained confidential behavioral health records and coordinated appointments and provider schedules as an Administrative Specialist at Children’s Crisis Treatment Center. I’ve also completed clinical support work as a Medical Assistant Intern, and I bring strong administrative and call center leadership skills from supervising call operations and resolving complex issues.
