I’m looking for a fast-paced healthcare team where I can own patient triage, Epic EHR documentation, prior authorizations, and scheduling—collaborating with clinicians to deliver compassionate, timely care.

I’m a Medical Assistant and call center professional with 12+ years of healthcare experience supporting physicians, patients, and clinical operations. I’m known for professionalism, compassionate patient service, and strong communication in fast-paced environments.

In my current role, I manage high-volume incoming patient calls and accurately triage symptoms to the appropriate clinical teams. I research patient records in Epic EHR to resolve questions, coordinate communication between patients, providers, pharmacies, and specialty offices, and process patient requests while keeping information accurate and timely.

Previously, I supported urgent and specialty care by collecting vital signs, medication histories, and clinical information, completing prior authorizations, and coordinating care with pharmacies and insurance providers. I also handle clinical and administrative support—medical documentation, HIPAA compliance, insurance verification, scheduling, patient education, and front-office tasks—to help teams run efficiently and improve patient experiences.
