I’m a Patient Access Representative and healthcare customer service Subject Matter Expert with 10 years of experience supporting patients through complex workflows. In my current role, I register new patients in the EHR system, manage telephone calls, online requests, and faxes, and schedule, cancel, and reschedule appointments—especially for reproductive healthcare services. I also input and update insurance information, provide pre-visit instructions, transfer calls to nurse advice staff when needed, and use EHR systems to guide the patient’s care.
