I’m looking for a patient-centered healthcare role where I can use my EHR and scheduling expertise, follow HIPAA precisely, and grow in medical billing/coding—while supporting equitable care and strong performance standards.

I’m a Patient Access Representative and healthcare customer service Subject Matter Expert with 10 years of experience supporting patients through complex workflows. I’m known for navigating systems quickly, handling incoming contact channels professionally, and staying calm while delivering reliable, patient-first service.

In my current role, I register new patients in the EHR system, manage telephone calls, online requests, and faxes, and schedule, cancel, and reschedule appointments—especially for reproductive healthcare services. I also input and update insurance information, provide pre-visit instructions, transfer calls to nurse advice staff when needed, and use EHR systems to guide the patient’s care.

I follow strict HIPAA and billing protocols, including CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding practices. I’ve also completed training in real-time eligibility (RTE) and support medical billing and coding activities by escalating more complex questions while maintaining accuracy and accountability.
