At Employbridge, I coordinate workforce processes across client accounts, including candidate and employee onboarding, interviews, documentation, and orientations. I’m a primary point of contact for candidates, associates, clients, and internal partners, helping communicate requirements, next steps, and follow-up.
I maintain records in the applicant tracking system and track outcomes such as retention, employee check-ins, and associates on assignment. Earlier, as a Staffing Assistant at Employbridge and a Scheduler at Visual Language Interpreters, I coordinated onboarding workflows and interpreter placements.
