I'm seeking a remote-first senior L&D or enablement role where I can design capability systems, accelerate onboarding, measure learning impact, and partner with operations to scale performance across B2B manufacturing and distribution networks.

I'm a Learning & Development strategist and enablement systems architect with more than 15 years building capability systems that drive adoption and performance across complex B2B ecosystems. My work has slashed onboarding by 40%, supported more than $250M in revenue, and scaled programs across 800+ franchise locations and multiple warehouse/manufacturing sites.

I design performance-based instructional systems—LMS, SCORM/xAPI strategies, simulations, and on-site coaching—that cut ramp time and raise the floor. I’ve led $5M national programs, hired and mentored 30+ trainers, pioneered remote-first onboarding, and now consult and teach while running a boutique practice focused on measurable operational impact.
