What I'm looking for

Ideally, I’m looking for a fast‑growth SaaS team where I can own customer outcomes end-to-end pairing customer success with solutions and revenue impact—while partnering cross‑functionally to improve onboarding and processes.

I’m an early‑stage SaaS operator with 5 years scaling Workvivo (acquired by Zoom) from startup to international success. I’ve built a hybrid career across Sales Development, Solutions Consulting, Customer Success, and Onboarding, focused on driving revenue and delivering exceptional customer outcomes.

At Workvivo, I contributed across the full customer journey—building and managing global inbound/outbound pipeline, designing and delivering customised product demos, and joining post‑sale calls to ensure smooth onboarding. I also introduced new tools and workflows as the company scaled, partnering cross‑functionally with product, marketing, and leadership to keep execution customer‑centric.

Since 2024, I’ve been working as a Consulting Partner, advising organisations on improving employee engagement, internal communications, and culture. I lead strategic planning sessions, facilitate workshops to uncover challenges and deliver actionable insights, and mentor teams on communication, culture, and employee experience best practices.
