Shandy Aditya

My name is Sendhy Aditya Dharmawan, and I am currently residing in Central Jakarta, Indonesia. I am currently employed in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry, where I serve in dual roles: as a Customer Support representative for the FCTG account and as a Real-Time Floor Monitoring Officer for the Traveloka account. My primary responsibilities involve supporting agents in client interactions, managing real-time operational monitoring, and providing hourly administrative reports to supervisors.

In addition to my BPO experience, I have nearly five years of expertise in the culinary industry. As a Cook in my most recent role, I assisted the Head Chef in inventory management, ensuring the quality of food production, experimenting with new recipes, preparing ingredients, coordinating orders, and overseeing food processing. I am also open to considering positions outside of my current professional fields.
