I'm looking to lead IT operations, service delivery, end-user computing, and modern workplace transformation in a multi-site environment where I can build strong teams and improve customer outcomes.

At SS&C Technologies, I manage regional IT operations and end-user support across multiple offices, leading Field Service Engineers and Desktop Support teams. I oversee ITIL-aligned service delivery, budgets, vendors, asset lifecycles, critical escalations, and modern workplace deployments.

Previously, I led a 12-member service desk and EUC team at MUFG Pension & Market Services, delivering Level 1–3 support and driving endpoint refresh, Intune migration, and collaboration upgrades. Across enterprise and client environments, I’ve supported Microsoft 365, Azure AD/Entra ID, SCCM, networks, AV systems, cybersecurity controls, and infrastructure projects.
