What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote role where I can support operations, buyer’s agency workflows, CRM management, property research, client service, and digital marketing across international time zones.

I currently support an Australia-based buyer’s agency through Shasha Outsourcing Services, conducting property research, due diligence, market analysis, client communication, CRM management, and office operations remotely.

I prepare property comparison and investment reports using CoreLogic, PriceFinder, and StashBA, while managing Agentmate pipelines and maintaining a 95% client satisfaction rate. I also create property campaigns, newsletters, and social content using Canva, CapCut, HeyGen, and Mailchimp.

Previously, I led sales and administration for Simply Majestic Furniture, managing a 10-person team and launching a product line that increased departmental revenue by 45%. I bring eight years of experience across real estate, retail, and outsourced professional services, supported by an MBA in Marketing.
