I'm looking for an internationally facing or remote leadership role where I can lead operations, grow revenue, strengthen client relationships, and build high-performing teams across distributed environments.

I currently lead a 300-person outbound operation at Econet Wireless Zimbabwe's OmniContact Centre, improving campaign workflows, quality monitoring, revenue per seat, and client satisfaction.

I've built corporate client relationships, produced executive performance reports and revenue dashboards, and partnered with digital, finance, and HR teams to improve operational efficiency.

At Refresh Renovations Brisbane, I progressed from Administrative Assistant to Office Manager while supporting an Australia-based construction startup remotely across Australian business hours.
