Previously, I worked as a Restaurant Hostess and Restaurant waitress, where I managed high volume of guest records, entered real-time reservation and seating data using the hotel booking and POS systems, and ensured accuracy during peak service. I greeted customers, presented menus, took orders, recommended meal promotions, and supported guests with dietary concerns using strong menu knowledge.

Before hospitality, I served as a Medical Assistant, welcoming and registering patients, scheduling appointments with the clinic diary system, and handling phone and email communications. I bring the same attention to detail, hospitality etiquette, and effective communication to every interaction.
