I'm looking for a customer service, CRM, sales support, or operations role where I can manage leads, communicate with international customers, improve follow-up workflows, and use AI tools to support efficient reporting and documentation.

I'm currently handling outbound English calls at Holidayzer Bangladesh, qualifying potential customers and setting appointments for international, English-speaking clients.

I manage leads through CRM stages, update call outcomes and follow-up requirements, and prepare calling reports and customer-response summaries to support the sales pipeline.

Previously at Star Cineplex, I handled high volumes of customer questions and complaints and served as Acting Supervisor, supporting daily operations and team members during shifts.

I also bring AI-assisted research, business analysis, reporting, documentation, and advanced prompt engineering into CRM, sales follow-up, and operational support work.
