What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a full-time remote customer service, customer success, or remote administration role where I can use CRM tools, support global teams, strengthen my cybersecurity skills, and work US or Europe night shifts.

I'm focused on customer service, remote administration, and efficient digital operations. I work with CRM and support systems including Zendesk and Salesforce.

My background in computer operations supports disciplined data entry, spreadsheet management, professional reporting, and complex workflow organization. I also use Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, Canva, CapCut, and social media analytics.

I'm expanding into cybersecurity, studying threat detection, data protection, network security, and secure communication protocols for global remote environments. I'm available full-time for remote work, including US and Europe night shifts.
