I’m a People Operations professional who builds end-to-end HR structures that help employees feel supported from day one. At Swish, I owned the full employee lifecycle—onboarding, offboarding, and offer letter management—by creating structured processes and clear documentation for a smooth, consistent joiner experience.

I implemented KEKA as our core HRMS, onboarding all employees and managing it end to end to create a centralised people management system. I also set up TRICA for equity management, built a performance management system from the ground up with feedback loops, and created an employee agreements framework from scratch to close a compliance gap. Alongside this, I led statutory training including POSH, managed insurance and benefits across OnSurety and Plum, and supported payroll and standardised attendance tracking to surface real process gaps.

Previously, I was the founding HR hire at Thinkerbell Labs, building the entire people function from scratch (policies, SOPs, onboarding, appraisals, and compliance frameworks) as the company scaled. I developed KPMs to connect individual and team contributions to strategic objectives, championed diversity and inclusion, mediated workplace conflicts, and introduced internship programs to strengthen talent pipelines and the employer brand. I bring a practical, compliance-first mindset with a strong emphasis on employee engagement, collaboration, and measurable outcomes.
