At Electromed, Inc., I review patient referrals and medical documentation for respiratory therapy services and coordinate with providers, patients, caregivers, and insurers to support access to treatment. I also educate patients and families about therapy expectations and coverage requirements.
Across pediatric specialty care, oncology, and healthcare operations, I’ve supported patient access, care coordination, and service recovery. I’m currently pursuing a Master’s in Healthcare Administration with a Specialty in Informatics.
