I use Claude Code and Gemini Gems to streamline data validation and dashboard tooling, reducing manual steps in reporting preparation. I built account-coverage dashboards to help leaders identify capacity to redistribute selected accounts across teams.
Previously, at IBM Apptio, I supported regional forecasting, territory planning and quarterly business reviews. At IBM CIO Partner Ecosystem, I contributed to a Salesforce Experience Cloud deal-registration process and delivered dashboards and automated workflows; earlier, at Ernst & Young, I supported client transformation programmes across IT and operations.
