At BIP Portugal, I progressed from Business Analyst to Senior Consultant while helping grow the local practice from three people to 30+ across consulting and technology. I delivered transformation work spanning contract management, corporate carve-outs, IT target operating models, automation opportunities and B2B pricing analysis.
Alongside client delivery, I built People operations, created an internship programme and managed a four-person recruitment team. More recently, I’ve built digital products and operational platforms with Lovable, Supabase and n8n, applying AI-assisted development and automation to practical business problems.
