What I'm looking for

I'm looking to transition toward data-driven business roles in CRM Systems, where I can combine my technical expertise with business impact.

At Accenture, I design and develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows. I also build reports and dashboards to support business decisions and operational monitoring.

For a Nordic telecom client, I designed and built a revenue forecasting engine that calculates and visualizes probable and committed revenue against monthly targets, including visibility into subordinates’ forecasts.

I also designed and built a generic record-merge utility for safe deduplication and reparenting of child records across any object. My work includes automating sales operations and supporting customer service processes.

I'm looking to move toward data-driven business roles in CRM Systems, combining my Salesforce background with business impact. I recently completed Business Intelligence training in SQL, Tableau, and Python to support that transition.
