What I'm looking for

I'm looking to create clear, accessible documentation and communications for complex projects, while improving processes and collaborating across technical, creative, and business teams.

At IP-Plus Consulting, I developed standard operating procedures, outage communications language, equipment implementation plans, templates, and standardized forms while adhering to government documentation standards.

Previously at ECS Tech and Navy Federal Credit Union, I wrote and edited newsletters, intranet content, emails, reports, web pages, foundational IT documents, and communication plans for varied audiences. I also conducted plain-language and accessible-content reviews, supported usability testing, and created scripts and voiceover content for informational videos.

My work includes improving internal processes through announcement-content revamps, production-issue tracking, streamlined procedures, workflows, interactive Excel job aids, and SharePoint ticket views. I've presented materials to management and business partners, led meetings, and mentored new hires.

Beyond corporate communications, I've taught writing, tutored SAT and GRE students, edited published fiction and conference work, and supported creative productions as an associate producer, co-writer, and communications lead.
