What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an opportunity where I can apply my customer service, financial advisory, sales, collections, and accounting knowledge while continuing to grow in public accounting and financial analysis.

I've supported financial-sector customers at Atento, Konecta, and Bancolombia through credit offerings, collections, sales, and service inquiries.

At Konecta, I managed inbound and outbound sales calls in Spanish and English, identified customer needs, offered service plans and upgrades, registered activity in CRM tools, and met sales, quality, and response-time goals. For Bancolombia clients, I handled collection processes, arranged payments, documented customer information, and worked toward portfolio recovery targets.

I'm pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Public Accounting and bring knowledge of cost analysis, accounting support, financial reporting, Excel, and financial software. I value clear guidance, accurate follow-up, and positive customer experiences.
