I’m looking for a role in financial services operations or customer account services where I can optimize processes, own ticket/incident handling, and improve systems with strong collaboration—growing through meaningful challenges and continuous learning.

I’m an operations-focused business administration professional with experience in the financial services sector, specializing in customer service and process optimization. I’m known for quickly learning and applying new knowledge with speed and accuracy, while building strong, constructive interpersonal relationships.

At Worldpay, I onboard new clients with Implementation and RS2 teams—handling user provisioning, system configuration, and connectivity setup. I manage and escalate customer tickets, coordinate internal incidents with solution teams and vendors, and partner with Development to deliver tool improvements and new solutions.

Previously at GM Financial, I supported implementation of the CR system within an international, multi-organization team, optimizing the automatic debit process. I improved control and tracking for welcome package shipments, managed refinancing study processes, built and maintained databases for process monitoring, and ensured customer credit bureau updates met current regulatory standards.
